My experience with Carolyn Wichman was extermely positive. I had to deal with an estate in Yuma which was remote from my home in San Diego and when I interviewed realtors Carolyn really stood out. She had access to all of the local support I needed (estate sale, house cleaning, etc. ) and her recommended price was well over the other recommendations (and she got that price). Mardy was beyond our expectations as a realtor. We were first time home buyers not even looking to buy a home, we didn't feel ready. We initially were only looking to rent, in which Mardy helped us with still. But after realizing the cost for rent would be equivalent to mortgage, Mardy helped us get into an FHA loan with her team, approved immediately and before you know it about a month and a half later we are settled into our new home!
